WSCUC ACCREDITATION REAFFIRMATION

As part of maintaining university accreditation, Â鶹´«Ã½ÉçÇøÈë¿Ú (and all California State Universities) periodically undergo a reaffirmation of accreditation from the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC).

FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY

As mentioned in the fall convocation presentation, Â鶹´«Ã½ÉçÇøÈë¿Ú is currently facing a significant structural deficit, where expenses exceed incoming revenue. To address this, the university is committed to working collectively and urgently to find solutions that close this financial gap.

2024-25 COLLEGES REORGANIZATION

In 2024-25 the President and Provost asked the campus to explore a broader reorganization to retain our four college structure with one of the colleges being the College of Health.

PRESIDENT'S EQUITY COUNCIL

The Â鶹´«Ã½ÉçÇøÈë¿Ú President’s Equity Council is a high-level strategy and advisory group that will assist the president in identifying key priorities and strategies to ensure the university continuously improves and authentically lives by its values of embedding and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the university.

LEADERSHIP SEARCHES

Leadership positions at Â鶹´«Ã½ÉçÇøÈë¿Ú serve more than just their direct area of management. The university welcomes and supports a diverse student body with academically rich, culturally relevant learning experiences which prepare students to apply their education to meaningful lifework, and to be socially responsible contributors to society. We hope that like-minded professionals who can make a difference will consider applying for open leadership positions.
