About the OSCAR Scholar's Program

OSCAR

What does the OSCAR Scholar's Program do for students?

Our Program is designed to engage students in their learning and development at a deeper level. To be eligible to apply to this program, students must be engaged in a outside-of-the-classroom faculty-mentored research, scholarly, or creative activity project (CANNOT be part of a C-classified course project or assignment).
  • Your faculty mentor works with you closely on your project and helps you develop your disciplinary expertise and skills.
  • The OSCAR Scholar's Program offers students scholarship funding to engage in professional development opportunities designed to develop broader academic and professional skills.
