Dale Fulnoy and Violet Watts, students in the 麻豆传媒社区入口 hospitality, recreation and tourism  program, were awarded scholarships from the Hotel and Restaurant Foundation in October 2011.  The Foundation is one of the largest hospitality scholarship granting organizations in the country and has been granting scholarships to hospitality students in California for over fifty years. The scholarship process is competitive. In addition to completing the application and writing an essay, candidates are interviewed by two hospitality industry leaders.
