CSUEB launches new one-year, full-time MBA program beginning July 1

麻豆传媒社区入口, East Bay launches a new one year, full-time Master’s in Business Administration degree program beginning July 1. Applications are being accepted now until June 25.
Students are guaranteed classes, ensuring that those who start immediately with the summer 2010 cohort can expect to graduate in June 2011.
Students attend one class per day, four classes per week, at our downtown Oakland campus. Classes are offered Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m, allowing students the flexibility to continue working.
Graduates who complete the full-time MBA program will be able to:
* Make legal and ethical decisions in organizations and society.
* Develop business strategies that respond to emerging opportunities and challenges in the global environment.
* Apply leadership, teamwork, and communication skills in diverse managerial environments.
* Analyze and integrate information from different functional areas of business in managerial decisions.
* Apply quantitative, analytical, and technological tools for data driven decision making.
The accelerated program is designed for young professionals looking to put their career on the fast track. In a tough job market and unpredictable economy, an MBA offers one of the best returns on investment available. Taught in a highly personalized and collaborative learning environment, the academically rigorous curriculum focuses on knowledge and skills immediately applicable to today’s increasingly global and dynamic marketplace.
Information sessions will be held on May 17 and May 24 from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in VBT137 at the Hayward Campus. Additional information sessions will be held at the Oakland Center on May 18 and June 5 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
International students must submit an unofficial transcript showing graduation with a bachelor’s degree from a U.S. college or university or an international college where English is the principal language of instruction. A TOEFL score of 550 (213 computer-based or 79 Internet-based; 92 for MA Economics) or above is also required. Applicants with more than 5 years of work experience are not required to take the GMAT.
