Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2024 commencement ceremonies!

1. To see open shifts, please visit the original .
2. If a role or shift is not showing up as available, then all the shifts are filled. Just reach out to the person registered for another role or shift and request a swap through SignUpGenius if you need to make a change.
3. It's not too late to still sign up, please follow these steps:
   • Visit
   • Click "Log In" in the upper right of the screen
   • Click on "New account" (circled in white on the below screenshot)
     

3. • Proceed to sign up using the same email you originally used to sign up for your shift. We recommend using your csueastbay.edu email address if you are an employee.
   • Once you hit submit, SignUpGenius will send you a verification email. Once you verify your email, any shifts that you signed up for using that email address will show up in your account and it will allow you to make changes.
   • To view your shifts, make sure you are on the "Invited To" Tab.
   • To edit your sign-up, click the pencil icon next to the shift you need to change.
   • To cancel your sign-up, click the X icon.
   • To view open shifts for the same sign-up, click the calendar icon.
     
     
4. Apologies in advance, but you may receive multiple emails through SignUpGenius if you signed up for multiple slots.
