Fall 2025 New International Student Orientation
Virtual Pre-Departure Orientations
We are scheduling pre-departure orientations for admitted students for Fall. Please check your Horizon email for the link to register in advance to attend one of the following sessions. Each session will cover the same information.
- Wednesday, March 19, 2025, 8:30 am Pacific time
- Friday, April 11, 2025, 8:30 am Pacific time
- Additional dates to be added in May, June and July
In-Person Immigration Session/Orientation
The Center for International Education will be hosting a mandatory full-day in-person New F-1 International Student Orientation for new incoming undergraduate and graduate students. It will likely be held the week before classes begin. Fall semester starts on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
Spring 2025 Online Check-In Procedure
For new international students who will be inside the USA for Spring 2025, you must complete the virtual "check-in" procedure after your arrival by submitting the following documents to this . You will need to sign in using your HORIZON email.
- New Student Information Form- this must include a valid USA address and US phone number. Do NOT complete the check-in procedure until you can complete this form.
- Passport- copy of your bio page in your passport
- I-94 ()
- I-94 Record page
If you are transferring from another school in the U.S. (from any level - high school, undergraduate, or graduate) as an F-1 student, you must complete the transfer of your SEVIS record to 麻豆传媒社区入口 within 15 days of the beginning of the semester.
