The Interactive Process
Students often want to know which academic accommodations they might receive if they decide to attend 麻豆传媒社区入口. This question is not easily answered before a Welcome Meeting.
The Welcome Meeting begins the interactive process, which is a one-on-one conversation with an accessibility counselor. During your Welcome Meeting, you will be asked to share your personal experience of access difficulties in an academic setting, and any relevant documentation. You may also be asked about your disability, accommodation history, and current educational goals. Your accessibility counselor will listen and guide you, discussing potential academic accommodations and other supports. Please note that, although two students may have a similar disability, they may each require different accommodations. It is expected that you will work with the accessibility counselor to communicate a clear connection between your functional limitations in an academic setting and the accommodations you are seeking. Through this interactive process, your individualized academic accommodations will be determined.
