What is your physician not telling you?

Across the United States some states are regulating what physicians may say or not say to their patients on topics as varied as sexual orientation change therapy, abortion and firearm ownership. This regulation of speech raises serious First Amendment implications as well as implications for the health of both individuals and communities. This talk will focus on the evolving professional speech doctrine and its implications for health as well the role of health as norm in U.S. Constitutional law.
